1. Returns Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Items returned after this 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the health and wellness nature of our products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Tracked Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds Process: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue right away.
